The combined perfume of saffron and the sweet meatiness of lush olives with the sour saltiness of preserved lemons is truly a sublime experience, all of which will inspire you to cook authentic Moroccan food.

The evening starts... tapas from our enchanting autumn menu. Once the demonstration is complete, everyone is then invited to enjoy a tasting of the dishes that have been cooked during the evening. So be prepared to be tantalised by the exhilerating perfume of exotic spices and ingredients which Simo teaches you to use in these classes.
